Data we process
We process account data, profile content, preferences, technical logs and security events. Information you mark public appears on your DigiCard.
Payments
Stripe processes payments and stores card details. DigiCard does not store the full card number or security code. We receive identifiers, payment status, plan, amount and dates needed to deliver and bill the service.
Purposes and basis
We use data to create accounts, publish cards, secure the service, provide support, meet legal duties and administer trials, charges, cancellations and renewals.
Retention and security
We use access controls, encryption for sensitive fields, HTTPS, audit logs and backups. Data is retained while an account is active and as needed for security, disputes and legal obligations.
Providers and transfers
We may use infrastructure, email and operational analytics providers, Apple, Google and Stripe. We share only what is needed and use contractual safeguards for international transfers.
Your choices and rights
Edit or remove public information in your account and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Cancel plans from Billing. Contact hello@digicard.do for privacy requests.
