Does the other person need the DigiCard app?
No. Your card opens as a fast web page in any modern browser. People can save your contact, visit your links or scan your QR without creating an account.
Can I change my details after sharing?
Yes. Your link and QR stay the same. When you update a title, number, photo or anything else, future visits see the current version.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. The profile, QR, link, contact file and web app work on both. Apple Wallet is available for iPhone and official Google Wallet issuing is being completed.
Can two phones share it by touching over NFC?
The universal phone-to-phone method is QR or link sharing. Direct NFC is available through compatible cards, stickers and accessories that open your DigiCard.
What happens if my annual plan expires?
We notify you before renewal and provide a grace period. Your data stays safely retained, and you can reactivate by renewing or redeeming a code.
How does a gift code work?
An annual code adds 365 days of service. A lifetime code removes annual renewal. Each code works once and is redeemed inside the recipient’s account.
